ROCKETRY ELECTRONICS
When you move up to high Power Rocketry, electronics starts to play a bigger and bigger part in the hobby, with many people using altimeters, timers and locating beacons to name just a few of the items available to use.
There are many makers of flight electronics on the market, I am not going to recommend any particular manufacturer, at there most basic they can record the peak altitude of your rocket, to full blown powerhouses that record altitude, fire ejection charges, transmit real time telemetry (hight,speed, exseration) transmit GPS data etc, but these functions come at a price!
